Get Swole phase 1 meal #3 easy oats

Easy Oats
1/4 cup oatmeal w 1/4 cup whole milk and 1/4 cup non-sweetened applesauce
Top with desired amount of ground cinnamon


Serve with 2eggs scrambled
1/4 cup mixed fruit

Nothing fancy today folks!
